• Track Cover

  • All circuits need adequate cover from both adverse weather and direct sunlight. (We can source suitable event shelters, and quote for this if required).

• Power

  • Access to 1 x 13amp socket is required (unless it is purely pedal powered track).

• Skirting

  • All circuits come with a plain black skirt as standard.

• Certificates / Insurance

  • PI/PL, PAT certificates are all available if required. Venue specific RAMS incur an additional administration fee.
  • Insurance is the responsibility of the hirer if dry hired.
  • We do not hire to nightclubs unless you are fully insured.

• Venue Access

  • Clear Ground floor access is required, please refer to the technical information of the circuits. 
  • If there are stairs, please inform us as this may require extra staff.
  • Are there any restrictions as to when we can access the site to install the track?

• Costs

  • Quoted costs include delivery within the UK, set up, collection and staffing. 
  • Quoted costs are provided based on information supplied by the client.  It is important that the client provides as much information as possible to be able to generate an accurate quote.  Essential information we need includes:

  1. Date(s) of the event
  2. Duration of the event
  3. How much time in advance of the event does the track need to be set up? 
  4. Venue address
  5. Location in the venue where the track will be sited. 
  6. Are there any restrictions as to when we can access the site to install the track?
  7. Any ‘Extras’ required (see Extras)

  • We reserve the right to make any additional charges if the information provided by the client is found to be incorrect and has a material impact on our ability to deliver our services. 
  • As a small business we do not add VAT to the costs.

• Payment

  • Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice.
